All original 1930’s Lenci felt doll, “Giuliana” on eBay this week.
I have a Lenci Doll similar to the one on picture Giuliana . I am interested in finding out what she is worth and possibly selling her, how would I go about getting this info? Thank you Sharon Rowe
Hi Sharon,
Much depends on the condition. “Book value” usually refers to dolls in near mint condition unrestored with original outfit. A Lenci doll missing the original outfit has its value reduced by half again. Any restoration or repainting, damage or staining can reduce the value again. Then look at current auction prices for similar dolls – market demand impacts the current closing prices but a very good to near mint doll with original outfit will usually do well.
